Our nests are made of certified hydrophobic and fireproof wood, with high vapor compression phenolic gluing which makes them suitable for washing and disinfection, and assembled with steel bolts and supports.
The Space A battery is specifically suitable for hot climate places and for the entire situation in which breeding plants needs natural ventilation. The particular shape of Space A allows obtaining a 360° ventilation for the hens. Space A battery is made of high-galvanized grids and they are equipped with polypropylene baffles, suitably inclined in order to convey the hens manures in the center of the pit, preventing its accumulation in the intermediate floors.
The special pits under the batteries, where the scrapers for removal take place, collect the manure. Thanks to ease of assembly, strength of the structure, affordability of breeding, Space A is the most suitable battery for small or medium-sized poultry farms in extreme environmental conditions.
